Hands down, these guys are the best inspectors in the area. We've used two different companies in the past, and they were not as thorough as Livin Good. I can't stress enough how important it is to get an inspection on a new build. Todd found a lot of problems with the home. The builder wasn't being honest about the repairs, so we had Livin Good come back out to verify what had been fixed two days before we closed. They documented everything and even found that the builder had removed insulation that was present during the first inspection. They told us we can call them with any questions and offered to swing by if needed. When we decide to buy another home, we won't hesitate to give Livin Good a call.
